Opera in Ubuntu Mate is a disaster, all the menu contextuals with bad presentation and flashes the shading while moving the cursor..
Another detail that apparently do not want to fix, has more than a year since the day I reported.
I'm sorry evil English.

I've just come to notice this browser uses a different scroll bar in internal pages, in the case of Speed Dial when you have a dark background picture, like a Dark Vader or a night pic, it's virtually impossible to see it, becomes unpractical when scrolling down the news.
So I was wondering how can I change it to the regular scroll bar, like the one used in webpages? Or give us a contrast option for the scroll bar so we can see it.

@hectormaciasa1979: Couldn't find anything helpful in config, so I went to flags, only thing I could find is Overlay Scrollbar for webpages, and regarding that it'd be nice if we could me it visible when hovering anywhere in the right margin of the screen instead of only the bar.
It goes thin when you're not using it and thick when you hover over it, but you have to manually locate it first, and it'd be useful to make it thick and visible just by hovering on the margin of the page.
