@plovec said in Opera 73 update:

And if you get a snapshot in a page like Opera Forum, this is the result: the navbar gets snapped even if you don't select it:

      Cropped area:
      145ff0ac-2bdd-4785-9ab5-82ddf61c5a2d-image.png

      Result:
      c091fda6-e56a-4b6a-8586-345d8113e417-image.png

Confirms what I have already said here. So the snapshot tool makes no sense.

          I have the same problem.
I wouldn't be able to enlighten it so well πŸ™‚

Click to relaunch from 72.0.3815.400 to update shows up about 10 seconds early.
opera://about/ has macOS spelled wrong and the version detection fo Big Sur is broken

            Why Open the Web?

Despite the connecting purpose of the Web, it is not entirely open to all of its users.
When used correctly, HTML documents can be displayed across platforms and devices.
However, many devices are excluded access to Web content.

Hello there! Why is it forbidden to download Tampermonkey?
It is also safe and Google, I checked it before adding my own to the extension store!

And Yes. Why is advertising blocked on the search page in all browsers from Google in Opera no?
                      I use unblock.

Big Sur is still having so many graphical issues.

Fullscreen video and even just scrolling in fullscreen lags and has graphical glitches. Do you guys test it or not????

Opera won't be opera if it doesn't break something with every update. Right now I have this nice huge white square instead of browser. It doesn't show anything. It doesn't do anything. And previous version got removed when I tried to reinstall this one.

And the reason of this white square is that I had Vulkan renderer enabled in previous version. It seems to be broken in this last one. Removing "Local State" file from the profile folder helped.

If there is a QA or testing department in Opera - they should all be fired.

@kirill1996 Did you enable the extension in search engines?

                                  Yws! It is enabled everywhere.

No! In Yandex and Vivaldi, everything is OK!

Opening a chat in messenger also opens the user profile description. I do not need to see it every time. It is not possible to close it. It takes almost the whole display.

@ironbone: Sorry, it is possible to close it but why it opens for the first time. Then it is ok.
Maybe this is the problem of my old configuration.

Did you fire the guy who kept the blog up to date? Why is the Opera 70 entry pinned and all versions after that are mere updates?
