@leocg: The only icons that appear at the sidebar Instagram on the top right are the explore, likes, and profile icons. The direct message icon is nowhere to be found.

@avl said in Opera 68 is here with built-in Instagram in the sidebar:
@firuz-u7: Under the O-button and then 'History', you can find the 10 most recently closed tabs and windows. The functionality should be the same as you had in the tab menu before. Let us know if you're missing anything.
The functionality is NOT the same. More clicks, less items, and LESS functionality. I can't understand how Opera still insists on removing useful functions or hiding them.

@kmielczarczyk: No, please. The instant search and drop down menu at the top right were the only reasons I went for Opera. I use them dozens of times per day. If few people use it, please make it an option or at least a flag. This update is really ruining my experience. These features really had no downsides so please, ask the dev team to think about the few people like me that rely on it to make their browsing WAY faster and re enable it because it really doesn't bother the ones who don't use it.

@esselesse: I'm still in a bad mood after switching of the video pop-out feature to the new one. And here comes this one which is completely useless for me. Looking forward to see more cool updates from the dev team

I rarely have more than 10 to 20 (max) open tabs, so "search in tabs" is totally useless to me. Please put an option in settings for disabling it or re-enabling the "Recently closed tabs/windows" button.

The integrated Instagram would be better with the ability to upload photos to our feed. Then I could remove an additional add-on.

Personal News is unusable in its current format. It needs options to mark feed as read, show only unread, and view inline at the very least. Right now it's really just a list of page links.

@leocg No. I have to use an add-on from the Chrome web store. Ultimately, I'd love to get rid of it and use the built-in Instagram in the sidebar.

@leocg: Could you please tell me why you guys removed Instant Search (google) from the latest version? A lot of people liked the feature, please tell me there are plans to bring it back. Thanks
