It's a bug. It's already fixed in Opera Developer so far.
@Romejro Are you using Opera One Developer? As far as I know, the page translation tool is only available in developer channel at the moment.

@coutant Use Sync and backup/copy the profile directory, so that you can have most of tour data in Opera One.
Access Other Speed Dials, copy the content you want and past it into Speed Dials. Rearrange the speed dials the way you want.
