Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app from scratch. It would be best if you also disable all extensions along with the ad blocker and hardware acceleration. I hope it will solve your problem.

I think you have installed it from other stores. That's why it is shown as blocked.
Opera often block all those extensions that are installed from other extension stores.

@Unbeknownst BIOS update must be done exclusively manually. And if it is really necessary. Otherwise, you are very much at risk of using drastic measures again.
PS On portable devices, it's best never to do this at all.
