@mojolika01 Stupid, now you'll need to clean up the mess you made. Browsers shouldn't be run as Admin, as it results in all the files used in that session being marked as Admin as well, and then you can't change anything unless you continue to run as Admin. Find the location of your profile and cache (as listed in Help > About Opera), then while Opera is closed rename both folders. (You may get one of those UAC dialogs if the folders themselves have been marked as Admin.) If you run Opera (not as Admin) after that, it should act like a completely new install and recreate all the folders you renamed; you could then close Opera and start copying your old files into your new profile. - or if you previously had Sync enabled you can re-enable it and see how much you get back that way.
Sorry for being blunt there, but you shouldn't run anything as Admin unless it needs to make changes to your system. Anything else should be run as a normal user.
