Cursor hourglass flickering

Mouse cursor is constantly flickering in a loading and stable phase, about 8-10 times per second on Opera and other apps. Tried suggestions without success. No extensions. Closing the opera gx stops the flickering. Asus TUF i7 NVIDIA 5060 Win 11. Thanks
