Spam AND NO WAY TO FLAG IT! Wrong
It needs 2 clicks, would be nice to have an dedicated button. Also it would be nice to flag a thread without needing to open it first. Even better would be some heuristic spam filter (new user posts something with suspicious keywords or links).

thanks I found it with that clue - wow that is cumbersome,obscure and I assume there is no way to tell it has been flagged already. Still quite UN-evolved.

Damn they are still using "grey cog" on white background no wonder it is hard to see it and find it, and it is a bad choice for old screens and LCD laptops.

Thread is a bit old, but if anyone is having the same issues I resolved it by updating to a different email address, then change it back to the original email again and it resent the verification email

Мдамм, аз съм в киреча, още от първото им preview, и сега от него пиша.:) Mалко е бъгав още (поне 64 битовата версия), обаче усещането е доста близко до познатия браузър, че даже и с няколко добавки. Има я пак тръпката да открива човек новости (което се загуби с новата Опера) - един ден цъках по 'page action' с блокъра и филтрите за цветове, днес пък случайно се натъкнах на F2 опцията.:) Оттер-ът също е ОК (наглеждам го), но е доста по-назад като features понеже там нещата ги движи един човек и няколко помощници на доброволни начала, и няма как да навакса от раз с такова избухване като В-браузъра. Ами до скоро значи.:)

Wow! what a relief Sgunhouse...... found it and just left it as people commenting on MY discussions....

Think that should do it - I hope so as I am up to 243 emails now!

Someone else has now posted to that thread of course, but I've just replied to them.
The thread still didn't jump up to the top, and my post is correctly stamped as 7.20 PM.
The overview page also shows that correct time for it as the most recent post in the Opera for Windows forum.
The Opera for Windows forum thread list when opened however says that I made the last post in that thread, but at 12.54 AM!

Now in Firefox 8.0, such infinite load remains - part time at least (more often first time board load as it seems...).

Would be a good idea considering how many questions continue to be Presto. It's unfortunate Opera deleted the previous forum, which even if surviving as a read-only resource would have continued to be immeasurably useful to Presto users.

Also honestly glad leushino isn't around to troll anymore. The guy never stopped causing arguments and general dissension.

The developers who worked on this forum should consider further development...

Well, but while they should, why not us, users, report good threads, and when some get a number of requests, a mod could pin it.
And edit the title, if needed.

Having a large number of pinned topics may not be very helpful imho. Something like this FAQ would be more useful.

Or maybe there could be a way to sort topics/posts by votes.

That's a good point, although it still remains hard for me to envision a 'profitable' aggregate return for the baba spam at the various forums I checked out via Google... many of them were semi-technical (like Opera's forums) or were "specialty" sites for gamers, etc. In any case, something must obviously be working out for the spammers financially, since they're so persistent. I do know the leading "client" (A.K.Joll) continually sponsored by the baba spam has his own website, so any legal sanctions against at least him must not apply in his locale.
