Well, I found the problem' solution ... at last
opera://flags >>> Proprietary media types (Enables the use of system decoders to decode proprietary media formats.) >>> Change from Enabled to Disabled >>> Restart browser and VOILA ... SC is working again .
Just updated to v.28 but can not play any sounds on SOUNDCLOUD ... all other browsers play everything (no exception)... what's going on (everything was good before this update) , no one did nothing to Photobucket issue (reported long time ago) till now , so please don't leave or ignore this ... fix them once for all .
Version: 25.0.1614.68 (but all started since previous version),
Update stream: Stable,
System: Windows 7 32-bit (Desktop PC)
What's wrong between Opera and Photobucket .. why do I experience problems .. browsing Photbucket everything is wrong , the site looks crappy and always got the message "Hm something didn't click .. bla bla bla"?! Please help!

Till 22 stable all was perfect , after update to 23 stable ... you see the difference

I see only half or 1/3 of the site in Speed Dial capture ... Why ... all was perfect till version 22 but not now ... aaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Sync is yet in experimental stage and can be enabled on opera:flags. It syncs SDs, Stashes and custom searches atm.
I know and I use Sync long time ago 
It works almost good .
