Opera 28 can't play any sounds on Soundcloud

Just updated to v.28 but can not play any sounds on SOUNDCLOUD ... all other browsers play everything (no exception)... what's going on (everything was good before this update) , no one did nothing to Photobucket issue (reported long time ago) till now , so please don't leave or ignore this ... fix them once for all .

This is not the bug reporting forum nor to the devs spend much time here. We're just users helping other users.
Anyway, no sound eh? Do you get sound on other pages in Opera? Try opening your volume mixer when Opera is running and you think sounds should be playing. Check and make sure it hasn't been muted somehow.

Well, I found the problem' solution ... at last
opera://flags >>> Proprietary media types (Enables the use of system decoders to decode proprietary media formats.) >>> Change from Enabled to Disabled >>> Restart browser and VOILA ... SC is working again .

Opera 29, Windows 7 for computer. problems with this, and also previous versions. Continued difficulty playing soundcloud videos (highlighting them, they just fade in color and do not play), many webpages will not play any sound videos, i.e. youtube, http://hwcdn.libsyn.com...etc. etc. have reinstalled flash player, java,shockwave to no avail. why is this not addressed directly and simply by Opera, instead of having to scramble through these reams and reams of problem complaints. Are we supposed to resolve our problems communally? This method of customer support and help formats is just poor and terribly inadequate. We are not all techies. Straight. Simple. Bulletproof and Accessible. Please. Is there any human being out there?

many webpages will not play any sound videos
When playing a Youtube video, if you right click on it does it says "Flash Player..."or does it says "Html5 player..."?
