Sorry for late reply. There are red exclamation marks in bookmark, tab. When I checked it my acc log outing by itself. I tried to sign in again but in a minute those red exclamation marks appeared again.

Thanks guys, yes I'd forgotten the history files!
I'm sure I have manually copied wand.dat between the installations before, and it seemed to work OK.
The profiles in the three installations were originally copies of a single original anyway.
I'll give copying wand.dat a try anyway as it is.
I don't use notes or RSS so I won't bother with those files.
Also I'm not worried about regularly copying things like toolbar and menu setups, as they are only changed extremely rarely.
It's mainly things like bookmarks and passwords I want to keep in sync.

Just to say that I have the same problem with Opera sync.

Thanks for posting the developer stream version mlowickiatwork!
I tried it out, but unfortunately the issue still remains for me; Opera has created 5-6 copies of each bookmark by now.
How to Sync?

Speed dial is individual for each computer - though you can see the others' speed dials under "Other devices" in Bookmarks.

If you used old Opera (not Opera Classic) on Android and install Opera for Android then it should pick up your old bookmarks automatically. Likewise Opera 12 on a desktop system and a current version of Opera. I don't now anything about Mini, sorry.
How does the new Sync works?
