I'd really like to appreciate someone commenting on it. I've done all reasonable things, cleared all data, logged out of the account.
Still with next installation and a new log-in, not only most preferences are still there. Also all former devices I have deleted on other devices are still hosted on my phone and are synchronized. That's weird, isn't it?
It's only happening on my Pixel, actually, not on my Samsung tablet.

@cmp -nbq What I think!,This issue is not caused by your phone but by the way Opera integrates with Android’s “Direct Share” feature, which shows the last used app next to the share button. Since you mentioned reinstalling the browser, the shortcut data likely got reset and Opera is no longer able to display the last app icon. The solution that works in most cases is to clear Opera’s cache (not full data), update it to the latest version, and make sure Direct Share is enabled on your phone. To do this, go to Settings > Apps > Opera > Storage and tap Clear Cache, then update Opera from the Play Store. After that, check in Settings > System > Developer Options that Direct Share is turned on. Finally, restart your phone. This fully restores the “last used app” shortcut next to the Share option, and the icon will start appearing again.

@himekawoa That’s definitely a strange one. My guess would also be something to do with Opera’s tracker/ad blocking or the VPN creating a consistent fingerprint. Maybe try disabling the VPN first and see if the roles randomize again. You could also test by setting the tracker blocker to “standard” instead of “strict.” If that doesn’t fix it, doing a full reset of Opera’s data (not just the cache) might be worth a shot — sometimes old profile data sticks around in ways a normal clear won’t remove.

@HollowLife I don't have problem in my ChromeOS, but I can't use it because the memory is too short and it constantly reloads tabs. Don't forget that on ChromeOS, Opera works through a virtual machine and it can't be perfect, less memory usable, less processor, not a real Android... This is not Opera's fault.
Where can I disable Javascript?

I wanted to create a new topic but as I have also a sync problem, I ask here.

I don't have Windows, I can't help for that but you should precise the error. My 3 Android tablets sync very well, except for the Quick access.
Like here: https://forums.opera.com/topic/72436/sync-quick-access but there is no solution.

It normal to have to go in other devices/quick access and modify them manually? Is it not sync like the favorites?
