Tap on the red Opera icon at the bottom right (may be a different place if you are on tablet mode), go to settings and there will be the VPN for you to enable it.

Change the download path setting from Opera setting. Or you can try vidmate application for downloading anything to your SD Card. Maybe, it will helps you lot...

@leocg Now it is working! I stopped synch from computer, delete all synchronized data and log out. Then log in. Same in phone. Now it works ok. I have to do same to another computer and tablet, i think. But now it is working, that is most important, thanks 🙂
