@wlisik Have you tried importing them from a desktop/laptop version of FF then using Opera's sync function to sync them to mobile? What mobile OS are you using Android or IOS? What version of Opera is it?

@drdan Never mind. I found it. Duh. It's located on the left bar where I have to click on the heart and it will take me to bookmarks. It then takes me to where I want to be: "Other Speed Dials".
