URL/Search Bar Hard To Access (Only from the Top)

Hi All,
Im not sure if Im the only who noticed (I come from Chrome...) but its rather difficult to gain access back to the URL/Search Bar once you are further down a page. Especially those "Infinite Pages"...
Im not sure if its normal but I have to get back to the Top of the page to get access to it again...
Could a function or option, to have the URL/Search Bar appear when you start scrolling up? Kinda like Chrome...Or something to the same effect?
That would be great!
