I used to use this ALL the time -- but it doesn't work now, because if you enable it you can't type repeated slash, period, or commas into comment boxes -- it snaps you into search mode.
Suggestion: Ability to mute individual tabs like chrome

Seems to work other than Sync ... that and crashing twice. Sync says it has logged in, but hasn't done anything. No idea on the crashers.

Open the page and use the heart menu.
Really not intuitive, but it works. (In O32 you an also zoom the screenshot with your mouse wheel, if you select that image.)

I know 🙂 I use Classic layout myself and I'm a strong supporter of app controls in the bottom.
Feature Request: Change search-box engine at "Speed Dial"-page according to default search engine.

could you be more spesific to that?

If you go to settings, take the focus away from the search box and type the konami code, you will enable the power user settings and be able to hode the speed dial search box.

Removing a speed dial item should be a context menu item, or a functionality available only in the bookmarks manager.
Or at least use a confirm popup.
Include options for speed dial to be reverted to previous builds (opera 29/30) and toggle autoupdate

Opera is bringing back many of the customization options that were available in Opera Legacy or else something better

and then being stipped out or even removed again...

Opera is/was loved due to its customisability specifically of the speed dial.The Speed Dial is one of, if not THE main Unique selling point of Opera. Don't make Opera become another Chrome clone like so many browsers are becoming nowadays, stick to your roots and maintain that customisability.

and thats where Opera should get focused, but they don't, or at least that's how it seems...
You used to be able to do anything with opera regardnig customization, make it to your absolut personal needs...

It should ne possible to choose wether you want it or not.

Its a matter of privacy as well as ease of use, as it sometimes completes a child page that was visited, then you have to go to the and to delete the rest url if you want to simply go to the homepage, and sometimes there are very looooooong urls for you to delete...
