Still the same. I also tried with Google Chrome, Vivaldi and Firefox - they don't have that problem.
Website doesn't load in Opera Beta, yet it works in Chrome, Edge, Firefox.

After enabling compositor, it is ok.
Lubuntu not have enabled / installed compositor by default.
Must solve Opera dev team. For example depending to packages from repository (install xcompmgr and must running before starting Opera).
Before version 45 Opera not using compositor.
Latest Opera Developer release killed Opera for me

Thanks! It's weird when you search for opera in spotlight and nothing comes up; no folders, nothing. usually when you search for an application you find a folder and all it's subfolders right there, easy peasy.
Is Opera Developer on Linux supposed to support Flash Player?

Well, unfortunately, I think it's time to part ways with Opera. I absolutely despise Flash and wish it would have died 10 years ago. However, it's still a part of the web and used across the board. The fact that I cannot get it to work is a sign that Opera is simply broken. I'm no stranger to and *nix variant, everything from kernel compiling to simple desktop user for nearly 20 years.

I don't think it's done by Opera.

It says - plugin outdate, please update plugin:

Do you have the correct Flash installed? Chromium based browsers use ppapi Flash.

Please add - plugins control, so i can switch off/on different versions of plugins

The only third part plug-in supported by Chromium is Flash and you there is a section for it in Opera's settings page.

Anyway, suggestions and requests go in Suggestions Box.

Happy to hear that the UI update caused it and it's not intensional

We don't know for sure. It stopped working after Reborn but we don't know if it's a bug or if the new UI just removed it.

But I did not know the User Agent switcher .
I changed it to IE first. Then I made the default
