Found very uncomfortable thing, when downloaded pictures from some forum one by one, selecting them and saving - Every time file is downloaded notification forces to lost focus from active tab. So i cannot work with keyboard (up/down or pgup/pgdn when picture downloaded), i have to press on this tab again and again with left button EVERY time. Found no option to disable it. Please fix this lost focus to notification, because it really interferes.

@donq, yes, esc closes and restores too. But still much better without without this unnessary delays. Notifications must never take active focus, especially if there is some process inside tab (saving photos or used some keyboard macros for processing links). So it's important to somehow disable such notifications, also they close some small part of the screen, so it's bad too.
Page loading as layered frame (rendering not smooth, seems new video acceleration issue)
Steps to reproduce:
Actual result: In Opera v48-49x - pages loading frame-by-frame (some parts are not shown still)
Expected result: Smooth page loading, not framed, as it was in Opera 47 and earlier.

Also please disable this "outdated" plugin notifications, let user choose version himself, not leaving only to "hack" version numbers to work permanently.
Hi, there is tons of problems with flash plugin - it just don't starts on any page, It says - plugin outdate, please update plugin: http://i.imgur.com/0sTWEXW.png
Tried to update plugin version, but it still thinks as it earlier 20th version.
I can start it only manually, only when i press it right click. But when flash layer are under another layer - it cannot be selected, so it's useless. http://i.imgur.com/DQnXJyU.png
There is no opera:plugins control as it must be in normal Chrome clones, there is no manual plugins starting icon in address bar as was in Firefox or Chrome clones.
Please add - plugins control, so i can switch off/on different versions of plugins, please add icon to enable disabled plugins in address bar, as it was always in Firefox/Chrome.
Suggestion - please, let user to choose colors of Opera interface. There's even no Skins that can change this

New opera stable version has some serious issues with Windows 7 inverted colors mode (black background, white text): Currently opera uses forced grey background while text on bookmarks folders are white:
