Slightly related: the dark feature is there for quite a while now in the developer preview. But still it shows me a balloon "new feature" every time I go to the speed dail.

If a users ignores this balloon for weeks, he is just not interested in the feature. Stop bugging him 😉

I don't think it's done by Opera.

Please add - plugins control, so i can switch off/on different versions of plugins

The only third part plug-in supported by Chromium is Flash and you there is a section for it in Opera's settings page.

Anyway, suggestions and requests go in Suggestions Box.

Suggestion - please, let user to choose colors of Opera interface. There's even no Skins that can change this

@donq, yes, esc closes and restores too. But still much better without without this unnessary delays. Notifications must never take active focus, especially if there is some process inside tab (saving photos or used some keyboard macros for processing links). So it's important to somehow disable such notifications, also they close some small part of the screen, so it's bad too.
