@netnuttt As said in other similar topics, it seems that cookies/site data is not being saved or are being removed. Try checking your cookies settings.

it looks like both opera and google-chrome
have abandoned the ssh -Y trusted X11 forwarding
capability. This stopped working with version 107 :

ii opera-stable 107.0.5045.36 amd64 Fast, secure, easy-to-use web browser
ii google-chrome-stable 123.0.6312.58-1 amd64 The web browser from Google

correction :
opera-stable_107.0.5045.36_amd64.deb works with ssh -Y
opera-stable_108.0.5067.29_amd64.deb stopped working with ssh -Y
facebook and youtube and some not display videos

@space49 You could try sudo apt-get purge opera-stable, if sudo apt-get remove opera-stable does not work.

But you should probably try getting help from a linux-forum as the problem is not opera but linux.

The error message you get from your "application center" is probably something you can ignore for now. I do not know Elementary OS, but I imagine that you can remove the opera-repository from it - then the error message should be gone, too.

@sorenfeodor thanks! I managed to somehow export the repository address to a separate location and comment out the source (server where it indicates to download from) which fixed the issue.

Bump. Same problem on amazon.pl. Looks like the problem seems to affect on large e-commerce sites.

By the way, I have a new notebook and a new system, and the problem still occurs
