Opera window size and position on start up preference settings are not available? Come on, Opera coders!

@Pappy-Sc0tt What is your startup option (continue from last time, start with a specific set of pages, or start with just Speed dial)?

There has been a bug that selecting the last option always starts with a small window, while the other options should remember size and position.
