@avoidanceanddistrust See if there is a file named Bookmarks.bak in ~/.config/opera-stable with a timestamp before you re-enabled Sync, if so copy it somewhere safe before you close Opera so that it doesn't get overwritten. Then close Opera. Give it enough time to let all background Opera processes complete, then delete Bookmarks and replace it with the file you copied earlier (meaning rename it to Bookmarks and then copy it). Note though this should remove any bookmarks Sync added from your other system(s),
...and openSUSE has gotten 80.x out! Unfortunately, the libffmpeg version was mismatched, so Opera wouldn't start. I fixed it by copying the libffmpeg from my Opera Beta install to my Opera Stable install.
@leocg the problem is, when i select, add and enable Polish it still defaults to English(US). Ticking 'display Opera in this language' does nothing, after selecting burger menu next to the Polish language it reverts to unticked. If there is no Polish langpack that's ok, but i wanted to make sure. Thank you.
