  Can you try watching with disabled AdBlocker?

  YT has made some changes which interfere with Opera's AdBlock, we are working on some important changes but this still might take some time.

  Let me know if it helps.

  We are aware some users report issues with YouTube while using Opera's AdBlocker. This is something we investigated for a long time and some important improvements are already ongoing. however, still might take some time.

  Let me know if you still face this problem and if it contonues with disabled AdBlocker.

  The point is: ALL the other apps i use can handle this with the standard-functionality, because they have a regular title-bar.

  The problem is very old and can be fixed with copy an old fix from external source over and over again with every update.. Isnt it time to fix it once for all?

  Yeah, DRM issues on AUR builds persist—maybe try official Opera package instead?

  the problem is, we don't have official Opera for arch, it's only for debian based, that's why we're using AUR / flatpak (me myself avoid using flatpak)
