I don't see how I could've done it by accident, as it's something I never would've selected. Especially since I did select to allow speed dial suggestions.

Looks to me like the popup menu we have in Windows and Linux for when text is selected - it goes away if you display the context menu or of course cancel the selection. If it is that menu, you should have a setting to disable it completely ... in English they refer to it as "Search pop-up" in the Settings > Advanced > Features section.

Hi @Hustus, and what if you go to opera:settings/system, disable "Use hardware acceleration when available", and relaunch the Opera. Does it helps in your case?

If the above doesn't help, you can try to enable this flag: opera:flags#ffmpeg-demuxer-everywhere, restart the Opera, and see if this changes anything.
