Another option is to use the Lastpass extension. That way your passwords will be strong, unique, saved in the cloud in encrypted form and synced across your devices.

Ok, I simply found an addon that manages Bookmarks, and with it I enabled my Imported Bookmarks (renamed Bookmarks) to be the first tab on my Bookmarks Bar.

Opera currently only syncs bookmarks and open tabs. That's it.
So even when 27 hits stable channel in about 1,5 months it will not sync your passwords or speed dial yet.
Opera keeps going "always behind" (opposite of always on top)

What's your Opera (version)?

However it may indicate a flaw/bug/whatever, there can be an immediate solution other than restarting the browser: go to your system task manager, rightclick the app/process and choose "show in foreground" or whatever it's in English (or other language you use).
It happens irregularly due to my system flaws, so it works that way...
I have a question may be laugh about standalone Opera 11.xx

Yes, you can do that 🙂

Copy Operas program folder (!) to the USB.
And you can start it from there.

You may have some excess antivirus activity in opera cache folder. If your Opera slows down again, turn antivirus off (just for testing).
Also, some content indexers (Windows search indexer, then some media catalog or CD burning programs tend to run background indexers too) may choke on Opera cache folder.

Does your HDD light blink while Opera slows down?

Another possibility is that all (most) your open tabs contain flash or other animations, running on background - but such situation should affect other browsers too.
Is there any way I can setup separate proxy setting instead of using Windows proxy setting?

Opera has no own proxy settings, it reads the system ones. Please Use correct settings in Windows, may be distinct IP and Port or a proxy settings script.
Flash Player has to be installed with each computer start up.

I'm still in the dev channel (v27) but I haven't had any bookmarks disappear on me. I imported them over from Opera 12 and have added a number of them since then and everything is working as expected. I've found 27 to be surprisingly stable for a testing release.

Yeah, that feature is incomplete and still in the testing channels. You'll either have to do it manually, copy the files by hand or use one of the testing versions (26 or 27). Its coming to the main channel though. Wont have to wait long.

They should've issued a notification already about the Turbo mode's side-effects. Is it enabled?
I, personally, never care if it's enabled or not - I don't mind clicking "activate": it is even useful when you do not want something to play till you actively get there*🆙*

I am okay now finally have to:

Force to delete the file name Omailbase.dat

Index.ini

Would someone please kindly show me how to fix a corrupt index.ini so that I can use it back ( save back all the tabs in the index.ini )
