Sort-of found a fix, resetting the passphrase and sync did not do anything, it was still displaying the wrong one all the time so uninstalled and reinstalled but now it is syncing and not asking for a passphrase, my normal opera log-in seems to be all that is required.
Tabs cannot be moved to collection below.

Instead of dragging the tab to the bookmarks bar, drag the lock icon to the left of the address field. Or, click in the address field to highlight the URL and then drag that.

You can also hit ctrl + d.
When tab selected, it shifts to the left and causes cancel from cursor

@omoreo Your image says nothing about download, but it seems you are having issues installing Opera.

Starting from Opera 96, you need to be using at least Windows 10. So if you are trying to install the current version in an older version of Windows, you will get an error message.

I have finally been able to sign into Flow on my HP PC and my Samsung s8 tablet.
