@sgunhouse Thank you sooo much 😃
I did this before but it had a random asterisk in it and I was a lot more panicked at that point so I left the page pretty quickly, I really can't thank you enough
So far the past 2 or 3 updates broke my extensions on the top bar, they are not showing up anymore and I have to enable them manually for them to show. But everytime I close the browser and open it, they are gone. This is so annoying. I think I should just roll back a few updates and block all future ones. TBH I'm tired of updates of anything anymore LOL
@leocg yes, but what about history? Is there any way to sync it? I tried to exit and go to the opera profile, but the story was partially restored. Are there any other ways?
In Opera, goto the URL opera://bookmarks. Look under for "Imported" folders. They might be under "Bookmarks Bar" or "Other Bookmarks".
If you don't see anything, in Firefox, hit ctrl + shift + o, click "import and Backup", and choose "Export Bookmarks to HTML". Then, in Opera, goto the URL opera://settings/importData, set "Bookmarks HTML file" in the drop-down, click "choose file", and point it to the HTML file you created with Firefox.
OK, I just figured out what the problem was. If Opera is set to Full Screen, when I right click to open a new window I lose the pinned extensions. If the Opera Window is dragged to full screen, the pinned extensions remain intact. That is odd.
