Actually some of them needs more info from the user , so, its Notifications are not enabled or the forum's email is marked as Spam.

I have the same problem of "Passphrase". On one of my PCs, the solution I found is to reinstall an older version of OPERA.
The change of password has absolutely no effect because the "Passphrase" is different from the password.

@msr1956 ya might try this - go to Opera Settings > Advanced Settings > Browser - Scroll down under system, check box (Use Hardware Acceleration when available)
If Opera is running with Hardware acceleration activated, see if disabling could help the issue to go away..
