Since they are encrypted to your Windows account, it isn't that simple. Having the same username on a different machine is not the same account. If the old machine is still working you can try to export your passwords, or there are some "Chromium password decryption" programs from third parties - but they need to be run under the user account the passwords were encrypted to.
Bookmarks also?
If so, should be added to the Help/backup to save them as HTML.

@zalex108 Bookmarks are not encrypted nor attached to your OS account.
Just copy and paste the file and it should work.Ok,
He talked about Passwords.Nothing then.

Bonsoir, Pascal, il y a ici un sous-forum en français où vous pouvez poser votre question dans votre langue maternelle. C'est ce que @leocg vous indique.
Good evening, Pascal, there is a French subforum here where you can ask your question in your native language. That's what @leocg points out to you.

Hello,
I have the same problem of "Passphrase". On one of my PCs, the solution I found is to reinstall an older version of OPERA.
The change of password has absolutely no effect because the "Passphrase" is different from the password.
Thank you in advance.
