RE: bookmarks are added to the bottom of the listOpera for Windows
@burnout426 Yes, but there is said that before O84 all methods (except dragging) of adding a bookmark would insert at the top.
I usually use right click > add site and bookmarks were added at the bottom all the time.
I never used drag and drop, but I also checked dragging right now in 78 and bookmark is also added at the bottom.Heart menu really adds bookmark on top in O78, but the heart menu also adds at the bottom if adding speed dial bookmark (tile). I really didn't use the heart menu to add bookmarks, I used it only to change tile's thumbnail picture.
So in my case only the heart menu added bookmarks on top (in case of speed dial at the bottom),
From my point of view if all other chromium browsers add at the bottom + in Opera dragging and 'add site' methods added at the bottom also all the time, bookmarks on top looks like a bug.
But if the list is really long, then it's logical to have new bookmarks on top and the option is really need.
*Personally, I don't have long list. When the scrolling arrow appears I create new folder. If bookmarks bar becomes full of folders, I just reorganize old folders and hide them inside some general folder (so instead of the single long list I have tree of folders). -
RE: Opera 107.0.5035.0 developer updateBlogs
@bestcodes Aria wasn't able to recognize sarcasm. And I'm still don't understand how long more I should wait to get equal smoothness like in old version. One year more?
Even theme switching doesn't look smooth while on speed dial page, background flickers few times.
And tabs dragging theme again. While inserting tab on first place, the free space and [+] button twitches, tab itself flickers. sometimes address bar flickers too.
Waiting comments from Aria

RE: Quick Access openend in a new tab by default ?!Opera for Windows

it's a laptop
Some (or most) laptops have touchpad gestures that emulate mouse the wheel/right buttons pressing.
For example tap by 2 fingers emulates the mouse right click button, tap by 3 fingers emulates the mouse wheel pressing. In my case the 2 fingers tap works as a right click, but 3 fingers tap does nothing. It's need to check particular's laptop touchpad settings. -

So many significant bug are fixed in this one release. Looks like more advanced developers were hired or similar.

(original post from the locked thread https://forums.opera.com/post/259837)In Dark mode colorful icons looks inconsistent with design
Really? Following this logic Messangers icons should be also black&white in dark mode.
*In other words all the icons are colorful currently (extensions, custom user sites in sidebar, bookmark's favicon, workspace's emoji icons and other), except UI's built in icons.
