The Tools menu were part of a very old version of Opera, current ones don't have it.

Whether it's arriving by phishing eMail, smart-phone popups, rotating ad-servers on legitimate webpages, or whatever, it's still a scam. Part of the scam is simply to get users to visit or click on something to raise its rankings and further spread the scam.

Does the issue include that the link opens in a new window instead of a new tab? Or did you attempt to open it in a new window?
