+1 to what @leocg wrote. I just now successfully logged in to PayPal on a system that has no Silverlight installed at all. Are you trying to log in directly from a known-good PayPal login link or from a link in some eMail or referring website?

I'm in the US, so it's possible there are some server variations for different world regions, though I strongly doubt that for a company operation the size of PayPal.

I would hesitate to start up the Opera mail client given the distinct possibility that it will no longer be developed. The standalone is simply the client that was included in the former suite. To my knowledge it has not been updated and there are indications that it will not be further developed. Better to continue with Outlook or Windows Live Mail IMHO.

Extensions can preclude the sandbox and the whole debug system since we've seen a double amount of betas which relays to a remote. Bad idea to put a daemon inbetween, methinks.

loxiw, I was just wondering that myself. I like how we can customize how the item looks for bookmarks and I just assumed that same customization would carry forward to Speed Dial. Sadly that is no the case.

opera:flags is an accumulation of features that may or may not make it into future versions.
They are mostly unstable, unfinished and unpolished (some of them may not have any effect at all yet). That's why they are hidden in flags and not in settings or available to everyone.

So keep that in mind if you start playing around with them.

where is the mp3 codec that Opera uses?

Sorry, no idea. I guess it uses the system's ones but i'm not sure.
