I was using the developer tools (cntr + shift + i) and some how my messages in the console are no longer grouping. I do not have it set to display the datetime of the message.
What did I do, and more importantly how can I fix it?

Is Opera ending support for Silverlight the same time Google ends it? I just noticed on an internal Silverlight based page I got the message that it will soon be unsupported.
Have you tried pulling it down with their web installer?

I tested pulling down .NET Framework 4.5 and was able to pull it down without issue.

I am currently using
Version: 30.0.1835.125 - Opera is up to date
Update stream: Stable
System: Windows 7 64-bit (WoW64)
I also only have a few extensions installed.
I just responded to a post where someone was looking to export bookmarks. I have used this extension before
https://addons.opera.com/en/extensions/details/bookmarks-import-export/
I have used Bookmarks Import & Export by escape75.

I will try the other browsers from time to time just to see how they have improved but I keep coming back to Opera.
I have only been using 29 since it updated itself yesterday. So far I do not think it is as bad as some of the posts in the forum make it out. I do believe some additions could help remedy those problems.
First, I want to say great job at getting things back to syncing across all of my devices. I am really happy that I can use the bookmarks in one browser instead of using Google Bookmarks. I also like the open tabs from other devices and the speed dial from other devices too. Great job devs!
Second, a suggestion to help with the coloring complaints in speed dial. I think it would be awesome if we could set those colors and even opacity in a theme's ini file. If not there then maybe in the browser settings, but I would prefer the theme though. Right now I use a dark theme I created, so the white is not that bad. I changed it to another theme and it did not look so go, although a slight opacity would have helped it a lot.
A third suggestion for speed dial. You let us pick the thumbnail image for bookmarks, allow us to do this in speed dial. Often I will keep that default one, but sometimes I will select a different one to set that item apart from others that might otherwise use the same default thumbnail.
Opera is a great browser and is getting better. I really do appreciate the work you all do to bring us an excellent option when it comes to Internet browsers.
Definitely use Malwarebytes. I have used it on other machines and works like a charm.
If you like a theme you created and wanted to share it, do you go through the process as if you were adding an extension?
I have that on a couple, but not many. I also have the flag enabled for the experimental start page.
opera://flags/#experimental-start-page
I have not read the release notes, that is next on my list, and I do not know how much my flags are influencing things. So far I really like it. I noticed my speed dial looked different, and I am glad it will now syc again!
I also noticed I can make Bing my default search engine. I do not know if they added that or if it is the bing I had added in to 27 and would use the b to do my searches from the address bar. If they added Bing back in, great! If they made it so that a custom search engine can be set as the default without using the prefix, even GREATER!!
Not to sound like a user who is never satisfied, but... If we can sync bookmarks, and we can now sync the speed dial, maybe one day we can sync extensions.
What do you think of 28 so far, any thing in particular you really like about this release?
On some sits I get that notification that content was blocked because they were not secure.
http://help.opera.com/opera/Windows/1683/en/private.html#blocked
I was wondering if I unblocked a site if I changed my mind could I re-block it?
I think what Sidneyneto is saying is that it could be due to an extension. To test this disable all of your extensions, close the browser. Open the browser and see if you get the same problem.
You can get to your extensions by clicking on the opera menu and then on Extensions, or you can use opera://extensions
My question is what page is not loading? Is it set to load the Speed Dial page or is it some other page?
I just went to Facebook, clicked in the textbox to update my status. The "-" and the "+" keys did not zoom but did print the symbol into the textbox as expected. I am on Opera 27 with Advanced Keyboard Shortcuts enabled.
Does anyone know if Opera will continue to support Silverlight until Microsoft drops it or are they going to take the path of Google Chrome?
I will admit, I felt like things were a little lacking at first. Like anything new if you try to accept it you will find that it is not as bad as you initially thought.
Sure some things are missing, but they are slowly coming back. I remember for the longest time we didn't have bookmarks or syncing, now we have that back.
I think they are doing a great job with Opera. Maybe it is because I am a developer so I realize how long it can take to implement some functionalities, or the reality of having to decide what gets worked on next and what gets put off until the next sprint.
I completely agree with you. Thanks for shedding some light on it for me.
