RNA-5087 Suggestion list dropdown is not shown when user displayed tab tooltip previously

1. Now the tooltip doesn't appear on tabs hover while the suggestions dropdown is shown. i hope the 3rd attempt to fix/restore the habitual behaviour will be successful.
   

In Stable looks fine

2. I noticed that while the dropdown is expanded there's much more space is need to activate tab. The cursor can be put almost the center of tab without activatiing it. The same is Stable.

Edit: It seems the same refers to the new tab button. While the dropdown is open to activate the button the cursor should be placed exactly in the center.

Without the open dropdown the no reacting area also exists at the bottom (I suspect the shadow reserved area) but not so large

I don't know how's from the technical side but from the user experience/smoothness the new modular design is evil if comparing vs pre-One version.

• Restore the 2nd click for the 'scroll to top' feature.
• Restore the search engines creation by using right click.
• Disable the automated search engines adding.

'show tab preview' option still shows the distorted content.
