How do I customize the start page in Opera for Windows?

My Opera start page is cluttered with unwanted news and old speed dials. I want to:
-Remove irrelevant news feeds.
-Change/remove outdated speed dials.
-Add quick access to work email and frequently used sites.
-Have a cleaner, more minimalist look.How do I customize it step-by-step?

@Mirabella126 It was already answered several times.
You can't change the news, just turn it on or off
Just remove the speed dials you don't want.
Just add your email page to speed dials. The same for the sites you open more often
