How can I restore my passwords after restarting my phone?

I logged in Opera account on a new phone but I can't see my old passwords and I can't see the place where I can enter the passphrase.

I am grateful for your help.

@nguyentri11 I can't say if you logged in just to sync.opera.com or if you login to the Sync service in Opera.
