The title and address bar size get bigger after updating from version 99 to 100. How do I resize it smaller?

I'm using a full HD laptop screen (14 inches), and the height of the title bar + address bar is quite a bit bigger after the last update. I want to resize it. How do I do it? Will it be updated to be smaller, or will there be an option to resize it?
