Can't drag windows to move them

Hey,
So I can't seem to find a way to drag the maximized window from the header into a smaller window when all the tabs take up the top bar space. This is very frustrating and I feel is kind of a dealbreaker. Is this new? I never encountered this problem before...

@ctigrisht In Windows generally you need to unmaximize (officially, Restore) a window before you can drag it. Not sure about 11 as I can't update to it, but that's how it used to be. Obviously some apps that draw their own borders could do it differently if they wished (and Opera does draw its own borders), but if they want to be consistent they should behave like other apps do.
Though then again, you never did say Windows ...

There used to be a little space at the end of the tab row, that you could drag a maximized window. After the last update it is gone. This is so frustrating.! Seriously in every update devs seems to look for more ways to make users move away from Opera.
@sgunhouse you confuse full screen with maximize window. In all maximized windows since win 3.1 you can click on the title bar and unmaximize / move the window. Of course this is happening to all other modern browsers too. They have a little gap between the end of the tab row and the minimize button for this exact reason.

There used to be a space in the tab header (I think between the new tab button and the search icon?) that would allow you to automatically restore down (unmaximize) and be dragging the window in one mouse click from a maximized state. This was very useful for moving browser windows between multiple displays and when working in split-screen or with layered windows. Now, after you open more than a couple tabs, there is no longer anywhere that you can click that will let you drag the window. All the space is taken up by buttons or tabs.
Is there a way to undo this for my browser, either internally, or with an outside program, or can I maybe just delete the search tabs button? (it's super useless btw, and it still blows my mind that we have it over the old tab history button which actually served a purpose).

I spent way too much time trying to figure out what happened and thought I was going crazy when I couldn't grab and move the browser to my second screen any longer.
Here is how you can fix it.
Settings -> Browser -> Disable tab bar's top spacing when browser window is maximized (Disable this).
Turning this off gives you the little space at the top of the browser so you can grab it.

It's help a little bit for anxious feeling but sometime when I need move to another tab I've miss click multiple time that annoys me

It seems like turning this option off only adds about a line that is 1 pixel high. I have the taskbar on top and it is almost impossible to "grab" the browser window.
If I move the taskbar down it's no problem, you just move the mouse to the edge of the screen and you can "grab" the window. But with my setup it is completely unusable. I hope there is a fix coming soon. -

Be it Edge or Firefox, when the tab bar is full when the window is maximized, there is still a place to take hold of the window and drag it. (This is done by having some "free space" in the upper right corner. In Opera this would be between the + button and the search button in the upper right, for example.) However, in Opera, this is not the case. Every mm of the GUI is filled with a button when the window is maximized and tab bar is completely filled with tabs.
When making the switch of browsers, testing out Opera, this was one of the things that nearly made me turn away and go for another option. I would say this is an expected feature for those used to it from other browsers. It makes the operation of snapping the window to a certain place (half-screen or quarter-screen) in Windows a one-step process, instead of a two-step process like it is now.
