You will still be able to download existing versions of Opera up to Opera 95
Does that mean up to and including 95 will work? I thought Opera Beta (95) wasn't working on Win 7 and 8.1, which would imply that when Stable hits 95, it won't work either (unless there was some workaround done).

@burnout426 Maybe I was mistaken. I thought I saw a comment in a 95 beta blog post. Guess not.

Or Windows Key + Run (for the run command) then type "winver" in the prompt and press enter and it will list the Windows version
Why Open the Web?
Despite the connecting purpose of the Web, it is not entirely open to all of its users.
When used correctly, HTML documents can be displayed across platforms and devices.
However, many devices are excluded access to Web content. -

Nobody forces you to use any Win10 features! Browser can work on Any Platofrm! (even in Win95) Or at least work for Years on Win7. What the hell you need from Win10 what is not achievable on Win7? Welcome to share!
