Pop-out and lucid mode buttons leave a trace on videos.
Personally, I see the bug if I set page zoom to 110%. 1920x1080 display.

@andrew84 I've been trying to reproduce this for a while and haven't been able to at all. Switching a Youtube video to full screen and then setting the zoom to 110% triggers it for me. Sometimes 80% triggers it for me too.

@burnout426 Yes, 80% zoom also causes the issue here.
