how to synchronize account, so bookmarks appear again?

i re-install windows, so all browsers are gone.
Now that i install Opera again, i dont know how to synchronize account, so bookmarks appear again.
Any help, step by step for dumies ?

@srfm You do it in the same way you did it in the last time, you go to menu > Synchronize and use your Opera account user name and password to login to Sync.
