Weird white outline

So about a day ago opera wasn't opening so i did a "troubleshoot compatibility" which helped me open opera but now every time i open opera im stuck with a weird white outline that really just sucks to constantly see does anyone know how to fix it?

@sgunhouse correct, before opera wasn't opening and i had to trouble shoot it, that white outline wasn't present at all, and i have tried to search up solutions but haven't found anything.

@mistplayz The issue wasn't compatibility per se, but rather that the window was somewhere off your primary screen (most likely anyway). I have to guess the white is an effect of whatever was done in the compatibility troubleshooter and that you need to revert those changes and - if still needed - fix the visibility problem some other way.

@sgunhouse alright do you know of any way i can reverse the changes that were done with the troubleshoot and fix it?
