So about a day ago opera wasn't opening so i did a "troubleshoot compatibility" which helped me open opera but now every time i open opera im stuck with a weird white outline that really just sucks to constantly see does anyone know how to fix it?

I have to guess the white is an effect of whatever was done in the compatibility troubleshooter and that you need to revert those changes and - if still needed - fix the visibility problem some other way.
