@ddvddv Everyone is free to use any browser they want.
I want to use Opera 82, but I cannot on my Chromebook/Linux because it is still not available. I can be patient, I guess.

This version fixes web.whatsapp.com and other sites, and mattermost notifications crashing the tab.
Thanks!

Kornelia, do you have any info on this update for Linux users as itβs been well past one day of your announcement here without an update being available for Linux?

@treego: Nevermind, Kornelia ... I just discovered the deb package link in your post will update my Chromebook/Linux installation just fine. I used a different method to update via "Terminal" on Chromebook in the past. All is good ... sorry, for the trouble.

Clicking on any article on Feedly.com to view the article results in a page crash after the update to Opera 82 here on Chromebook/Linux.

@treego: Correction: only some articles crash when clicked to be viewed ... most are okay ... strange.
