File in Opera downloads automatically

Hello, I downloaded a file in the Opera browser once. But now the file downloads automatically every time Opera is started and I don't know why. It just downloads by itself every time. I want to prevent that because it's annoying. Do you know the cause and how to get it away?

Well, then something is different about your version than mine. As you can see, Opera has automatically downloaded it many times.

Have you added this file into speed dial or bookmarks accidentally?

@s321koko My reply was to tell you that I couldn't reproduce the issue, what means that there is a high chance that something is wrong with your Opera installation.

Did you already try a reinstall? What about a clean profile?
