Cannot install on a Dell

Have been using Opera on a Dell laptop, but recently got an error Oxc0000022. unstalled and reinstalled and same error.

I was using Opera daily. then the error message appeared.

It had been istalled and used for over a year. Sudenly it would not boot up and presented the error message. I then unistalled and reinstalled with the same error message.

@pcdummy But you could reinstall it? It just doesn't start.
