Changing images size and text position

Usually on mobile versions of sites, for example 4pda.ru , images occupy the entire width of the screen, I would like to be able to change the size of the image, for example, 50% with center alignment. Also, I would like the text to be exactly from the edge of the screen without a gap. I am root.
