Opera can't download a file, what to do?

Basically, when I am trying to download a file, it is downloading, downloading, downloading... Then it's just stuck at 100% and nothing happens. The speed is 0B/s. Can someone help me?

Check the settings in your firewall. The firewall is blocking "private headers" which prevents the browser from knowing the download is finished.

You should turn the VPN off, and then try to do downloading. I think the problem with you is due to VPN. Also, please check the settings in your firewall as @sgunhouse mentioned.
