<![CDATA[Opera can't download a file, what to do?]]>Basically, when I am trying to download a file, it is downloading, downloading, downloading... Then it's just stuck at 100% and nothing happens. The speed is 0B/s. Can someone help me?

Check the settings in your firewall.

You should turn the VPN off, and then try to do downloading. I think the problem with you is due to VPN. Also, please check the settings in your firewall as @sgunhouse mentioned.

The firewall is blocking "private headers" which prevents the browser from knowing the download is finished.
