Latest version of Opera browser on Windows 10 not loading certain part of the website properly

For some reason, the latest Opera browser on my Windows 10 laptop does not load certain part of the website properly and yet the one I installed on a different laptop that's running Windows 7 has no problem loading and displaying the full website. Both are running the same latest Opera browser versions for Windows. Please help.
